In 2018, leadership transitioned to Brendan McGonagle, Bill’s stepson, who now serves as President and Owner. Brendan carries forward the principles the company was founded on while embracing innovation and strategic growth. Under his leadership, Williams Paving continues to expand its capabilities, invest in advanced equipment, and strengthen its reputation across both private and public sectors.
